Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership - Our Vision for Education
Incisive pedagogical thinking and rich theological reflection have combined to produce Deeply Christian, Serving the Common Good, the Church of England's Vision for Education, published in Autumn 2016.
For the first time in a generation, this vision equips and encourages school leaders to articulate with confidence, coherence and consistency that which stands at the heart of our inclusive aspirational biblical approach in educating for Wisdom, Hope, Community and Dignity.
To support the embedding of this vision across the UK, the Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership works across 3 strands to resource the development of school leadership at all levels: Programmes, Networks and Research.
Tom Hardwick has completed the NPQH (National Professional Qualification of Headship) and also the NPQEL (National Professional Qualification of Executive Leadership).
Colette Taylor is currently completing the NPQH.
