We are always striving to improve what we do in order to ensure that children at Sundridge and Brasted receive the best educational experience possible.
One of the key components of this is our 'School Self Evaluation' (SSE) Process. We examine rigorously all areas of school life, determining where are strengths lie and how we can build on these, as well as where there are weaker areas that we need to analyse and develop further.
The conclusions we draw feed into our School Plan. This document identifies exactly what we plan to do to improve and develop the school this year and how we envisage it happening. It is written by the headteacher, in consultation with the staff, and with reference not only to the SSE but also parent and pupil questionnaires, monitoring of teaching and learning and test results.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
