We took part in a multi - faith day in term 4. In our house groups, we spent the day taking part in four interactive sessions, each focused on a different world faith. We learnt about Islam, Sikhism, Judaism and Hinduism; where each religion came from and is practised; their holy books and places of worship; their Gods and teachings and some of their fetivals. Throughout the day we engaged in arts and crafts, games, fact finding activities and much more. At the end of the day we reflected on what we had learnt by comparing the religions with one another, and with Christiantiy. It also meant we were able to discuss the British value of tolerating those with different faiths and beliefs, as well as mutual respect.
