The top 3 things you can do to take care of your heart are: exercising, not smoking and eating well.
We learnt all about the importance of healthy eating, and why this is so vital. We then researched, designed and wrote recipes for, some healthy dishes, before creating two as a class: chicken and pepper pitta pizzas and apricot scone cake. Both recipes used healthy substitutes and were low in fat, salt and sugar. We had great fun and enjoyed delicious results!
